By creating an account or using Vivaha, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of marriageable age under the law applicable to you. Profiles must represent a real person and accurate information.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: (a) post false, misleading or offensive content, (b) impersonate anyone, (c) harvest or scrape member data, (d) send unsolicited or harassing messages, (e) use the platform for anything other than matchmaking, (f) attempt to breach security or access other accounts.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans (Premium) renew only if you enable auto-renewal. Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes. Funds for digital services are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.

5. Content & Licences

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Vivaha a limited licence to display and process it to operate the service. Profiles and photographs may be visible to other members according to your privacy settings.

6. No Warranty

Vivaha is a platform connecting users; we do not guarantee matches, background verification of members, or the conduct of other users. You meet and interact with others at your own risk and are advised to verify independently.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten other users. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the platform's registered address have exclusive jurisdiction.
